Meet Balanced, an organization started in 2017 by Audrey Sanchez with a simple agenda: change menus, save lives. We are pleased to be supporting their work to create a guide, toolkit, and resources for institutional food service directors and teams to use when reforming their menus. The menu reform toolkit will help food service teams replace meat, egg, and dairy products on their menus with plant-based alternatives. Better health for humans and better lives for the animals! Who doesn’t think this is a great idea?
